I added 1/2 C applesauce, 2 eggs and about 1/2 tsp of pumpkin spice and made some muffins…oh my oh my!

I don’t know what the magic chemistry is, but they disappeared so fast that I only got ONE of them at my house. That’s pretty darned FAST.

This recipe looks “touchable”! My mouth is watering. Probably from chocolate withdrawal. But my husband is on an ice-cream run as we speak; let’s hope it’s chocolate!

OMG these are incredibly delicious. My daughter just made them again with taco sides, and I’s sitting her salivating over them — once again, she made a delicious lunch with left over chicken. I’ve always liked Buffalo Chicken, but these are like totally amazing, take your breath away delicious and sinfully decadent ALL at once. If you haven’t pulled this recipe off and tried it yet — do it now. Really, just do it.

Its totally better than sex, better than chocolate, and seriously, better than about anything else I’ve eaten recently!
