Ryin Wayne Roberts and Paul Specht gathered up supplies and initiated their trip south from Denver, Colorado, with stops in a variety of Colorado towns, including their home town, Lamar. Both young men grew up in Lamar, Colorado and surrounding areas, and their parents still reside there.
But their dreams reached out to the victims of Hurricane Harvey.
They gathered up a trailer full of supplies, and a truck load of supplies, and followed their ambitions, asking friends and family to pass the word and fill up their truck with necessities the families in Houston might need. Including, but not limited to water, diapers, dry goods, and any supplies that might be helpful to those who have lost everything.
