A NEW Standard of Principle – Various Forms of Government

Backing up the system currently means something different than it meant 230 years ago. There’s a new rock in town (not called Plymouth) and it’s settled for “good enough” instead of standing for RIGHT. When Citizens stand up for what they believe, they’re held to greater standards than their community leaders, by those very leaders. How can the basis be the foundation if the government is corrupt?

Endangered Colorado Landowner in LAMAR, Colorado

By Jan Verhoeff Land grabbing government masses are fighting to attach your land and control you. The Constitution of the United States guarantees your rights under the first ten Amendments to the Constitution. When lawmakers institute new laws and give you privileges as a means of marketing their own interests and then try to take those privileges away, those lawmakers are WRONG. Viewpoint – Rock The Nation with Constitutional Amendments

A few days ago, I received a link to this press release by Texas Governor Rick Perry. Governor Perry states, along with Representative Brandon Creighton, declared their position as a state under the Tenth Amendment of the Constitution of the United States in this article. “I believe that our federal government has become oppressive in its size, its intrusion into the lives of our citizens, and its interference with the affairs of our state,” Gov. Perry said. “That is why I am here today to express my unwavering support for efforts all across our country to reaffirm the states’ rights affirmed by the Tenth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. I believe that returning to the letter and spirit of the U.S. Constitution and its essential 10th Amendment will free our state from undue regulations, and ultimately strengthen our Union.” I fully and completely agree with what Governor Rick Perry said, and have seriously wondered if Colorado would follow suit, hoping Governor Bill Ritter would actually step up and take a position firmly standing on our Constitutional Rights as a State.
