Often I’ve searched the Lamar Website for a copy of the ACTUAL City Code used by the City Code Inspector for Lamar, Colorado. Interestingly enough, it’s referred to as the Municiple Code and it’s on the left side bar of the site. It’s not difficult to find, provided you know that City Code and Municiple Code are the same things. City Building Code is located in the same book. Everyone follows the same code, and I suppose that makes it simpler to follow.

Adobe Reader (.pdf files) have an automated search bar that you can use to search a document for keywords. So if you want a building code about roofing for instance, choose “residential roofing” and place it in the search bar. It’ll bring a list of topics to the top with your topic in the general list.
