Dressed for a Summer Night
Linda Dickerson lives east of Lamar, Colorado, just past the end of Maple Street where it becomes a country road again. I don’t remember not knowing Linda. She married the guy that always did my parent’s auto-body work, until he retired. Then Paul and Darlene Lopez took over. There’s always been something exciting about knowing who would take care of your vehicles, when the event comes around and you need someone to fix a dent or something bigger. But, Linda Dickerson has always been more friend than business owner, and for that I will forever be grateful. BJ’s Barraco with Green Chili
Going home again? Any time soon? Please do stop by BJ’s and indulge your taste buds… I’d been thinking about one of these for a few days before Kathy Briggs shared her picture on Facebook for the World to see. Enticement? There are few things about home I miss these days, with so many options for good food, entertainment, and all the good things life offers… But I do miss BJ’s and I miss my friends. Thanks for the memory, Kathy!
